Making Lemonade

When we purchased our most recent car a couple of weeks ago, the nice lady we bought it from gave us a large bag of lemons from her tree. So when you get lemons - make lemonade. My son Kyle and I whipped some up. It was very good and we had a fun time making it together.

Horse Back Riding

Went horse back riding with my good friend Kellie.  We had such a good time. Great to be outdoors and back on a horse. It has been awhile since I have ridden. I realized how much I really missed it. We had many horses when I was growing up and this day brought back a lot of great memories.

Been a rough couple of weeks for both me and my family, but boy how this makes me smile! :)

it continues....

after all my years of being a parent, I never thought I would be questioned....... and so it begins, the questioning of me to make others feel better....i have never been so saddened or disgusted by other peoples actions.... I just wonder what they think.......

Golfing

I went golfing with my nephew today..... holy hella hot! Phoenix is hot.....112 today..... We had a blast!

Fran.....

WOW! As I sit here wondering about Frances my heart is breaking. Oh my goodness I understand her inability to make a decision or inability to even understand. I imagine as soon as she was readmitted there were two choices....no medicine or hit me up with some morphine, cause we are sisters in that request or non request... it hurts, and they (meaning the nurses, doctors, family, etc.) have the ability to knock ya out.  It is a tough row....I could hear them all, and could think, but could not speak..... and then you can only hope that the ones that are there that you know care are watching out for you and not leaving your side...... You can hear the comotion around you but YOU are not quite there. Fran I LOVE YOU!! I can feel  myself laying there and I want better and more for you! You are stronger and YOU will prevail!

Tonight we took this boy.....

on a trip to the all American pass time.... BASEBALL..... (ick) Can't stand baseball  - I think it is boring..actually we all think is boring..... but it was nice to get out of the house and into a cool place.....or so we thought...it was hot as hell in there. We were not thrilled! The boys got a soda, James and I got a drink and then we left. Of course we couldn't find the car. Walking around in 110 degrees in a parking garage does not make mommy happy. We found the car FINALLY. Came home turned the fans up and played video games! Happy Fourth!

Today

Today, we talked about this:

They are going into the plane and soon we will be getting off the plane! This picture was taken in 2003, they were little imps. Now one is grown and moved out and the other is about to partake in the biggest adventure of their life.

Oh wait...I am not in that picture! :)

It's getting close and I am getting excited. We have a lot of huge changes coming in our life. Hawaii is not just a different state but similar to a different country, but oh how I love it! I truly believe it is a fantastical adventure!

Girls! and she is mine!

She came into my life unexpected and as a surprise, but never did she cause me trouble. My love, my baby, my daughter! 


I have so much fun with that little girl. She has made me who I am today. I fought and fought for her and us......and eventuality WE made it! 

The love that I feel for that little girl can never be replaced........she is my world and my hope! 

I miss you my love! Thank you for being my daughter, thank you for always loving me!
